ACH Withdrawal

After waiting for a withdrawal and seeing no activity on your site or a deposit into my bank account, I contacted PalaCasino and was told that they are having an ongoing issue with ACH withdrawals. I was told Pala is offering the option to pick up the money at the Borgata or send a paper check to my home.

I am very surprised that had I not contacted you that I would have not known of this issue. It is wrong and something should be posted if it is an ongoing issue. Now I will be stuck waiting for a check in the mail which is not secure, and could take a long time since it is the busiest time of year for the mail.

There should be some notification so we all will not be waiting for something that is obviously an ongoing problem. No one notified me telling me the money would not be transferred to my account.

Sorry, we did not reach you in time to let you know that we had issues processing money back to your bank account. We had contacted players who had pending withdrawals to check if they preferred to wait till we fixed the issue or wanted to get the money by check via mail or get it at the Borgata Casino cage. I regret that we did not get that information out to you in time.

This morning we have fixed the issue that stopped us from processing withdrawals by ACH. We should not have any further issues processing withdrawals directly to the bank accounts. We have sent an email to you explaining the status of your 2 withdrawal requests.
