Where can I find faqs about wagering requirements for bonuses such as Match Bonuses? Your site needs a bit of work to be User Friendly I'm afraid.

For example the Monday match:

- The Match Deposit Bonus has a 20 times play through requirement and expires 30 days from issuance.

-The Monday Match Deposit Bonus with deposit code MONDAYMATCH has a play through requirement = 20x play through on both the amount of deposit matched and the match bonus.

For what its worth, when you had the first deposit bonus with either 2x or 5x playthrough (can't remember, but it was very low) you made it VERY easy to find the requirements.

Now that all your bonuses are 20x, including the first deposit, you can't find the terms after logging into your account. The only way is to go back to the login page - be sure to NOT log in - click on promos, then read the fine print.

Seems a bit predatory not having links to the requirements anywhere between the point of logging in, to entering the code, and depositing.

James, thanks for your valuable feedback.

We never had any promotions info on our casino lobby and this is what we intended to change by showing details of the currently available offers for our players. Believe me, we have no predatory intent. It is just that our execution was not right. We have taken notice of this based on the player feedback we received through our Player Services team.

Right now, we are working on disabling the messaging feature in our casino lobby that announces available bonus offers without adequate details and re-launch it when we have properly designed and executed it.

With regards to your comment about the wagering requirement, we have been trying different offers (1X, 5X, 20X, reward points, cash back as bonuses etc). I will pass this to our marketing team so we can re-assess and find the sweet spot that works well for our players as well as the business. Also, I will share your input about redesigning the website so players can see the actual terms of the offer more clearly.
