Brick & Mortar Casino: Win/Loss Statement

If you are looking for Win/loss statements from our Brick and Mortar location, Pala Casino Resort & Spa.  Please direct all inquiries to:

Unfortunately, Pala Interactive is a separate entity from our brick and mortar casino, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, as we cannot generate those reports for you.

If you are looking for faster service, here is some information provided by the Casino that will enable you to obtain your Win/Loss statement online:
 
2.       You may go onto the Pala Casino Spa Resort website www.Palacasino.com --> Click on the banner “TAKE ME THERE” --> print your own Win-Loss Statement from your MyPala account.

If you don't currently have an online MyPala account, you may set up a My Pala account (HOWEVER, you will have to wait 24-hrs for account activation in order to print your Win-Loss Statement).  

**If your request is processed manually it will take 10 days to receive your statement.
