If you do not want to use a bonus that was awarded to your PalaCasino.com account, you can forfeit it. Note that when you forfeit a bonus, any bonus money, and winnings associated with that bonus money, that are restricted will be forfeited and only the balance remaining from the deposit will be released to the Available balance.

How to forfeit a bonus

Click on Rewards on the top menu bar of PalaCasino.com lobby. You will now see the list of bonuses in your account.



Double click on the active bonus that you want to forfeit to see the details of the bonus and the break up of the deposit, bonus, win and wagering details.



Click on the 'Forfeit' button and you will see the following confirmation.



Once you confirm by clicking on 'Yes, Forfeit Bonus' the bonus will not be Active any more and only the remaining balance from deposit that was restricted will be released to your Available balance.
