Verification Documents

Identity verification documents are requested in order to enhance the security of your account and to comply with the terms of our Know Your Customer protocol. All players must be ages 21 & older, thus anyone under that legal age will automatically fail the registration process.

If you have provided proper SSN and related personal info, then we verify the age and ID automatically after this step and this determines the flow of the registration process.  However, if the details could not be verified automatically with the information that was registered, the account is not verified and no further activity can be performed unless the verification is reattempted and cleared. 

Our security team may request documents related to your proof of address or financial instruments. The best way to send your documents is via the document uploader (link will be sent to you in email). For those without a scanner try taking a well-lit picture of the document from your mobile, tablet or webcam and save it. you can then browse for that ID and import it in our document uploader.

Please do not send documents as email attachments or on support tickets.  Use the uploader.
